The Holeshot Fitness Team are about one thing. Helping you become 1% better each and every day. We want to help you fullfil your goals and achieve them without the use of fad diets, and ridiculous, unneccesary workout routines. 

We chose to break away from the mould that your average big box gym follows and the cookie cutter workout programs that have flooded the fitness industry. Our team of highly skilled trainers carefully plan each and every session to ensure our clients get fantastic fitness and fat loss results from our program.


Since opening our doors in 2013 we have helped hundreds of people just like you transform their bodies and boost their fitness levels. Our mission is to provide the highest quality of results based group training in the Prestons area and educate our clients on how they should be training, what foods the should be eating and the healthiest way to achieiving sustainable results.


"The term "HOLESHOT" comes from my BMX Racing career. It means that the person in the lead of the race after exiting the first corner gains the 'Holeshot', they are now in control of the race and determine the outcome. It is up to the rider in front to stay focused on the task at hand and put the perfect lap together to win the race.


Your health and fitness are just the same, once you make a decision to change, the desire to become lean, fit and toned takes over (this is getting the Holeshot) you then determine how far you go with it and what route you take"
