Probably Super Man because he is strong AF!
How long have you been training at Holeshot?
Thinking back to when you first started, what were you most afraid of? How did you overcome that fear?
I was scared of actually walking in to Holeshot for first day that I sat in the car for 10 minutes getting the courage to go inside. I was worried about being judged and admitting that I had let myself go. I was worried that it was going to be too hard or I would get yelled at like on TV. But it wasn't anything like that. There's heaps of encouragement and a real family feel. All the trainers want you to get a little bit better every day. Without their help I wouldn't have achieved anything.
During your time training with us, what have you enjoyed the most?
I love looking back and seeing how far I've come, things that I struggled to do are now easy. I've also met some awesome people and made great friends.
Since starting your program at Holeshot what improvements/changes have you noticed in your health & fitness?
I can squat and benchpress twice as much as I could when I started. I've lost more than 15kgs of fat and put on more than 8kg's of muscle mass.
What's been your proudest moment so far?
Winning client of the month and most consistent client award. Getting compliments from people that I haven't seen in ages.
What would you say to someone who is looking to get started?
Life is short, every day you delay starting is a day you aren't living. Do it now, you will never regret it.
