What Times Are Your Sessions?
Monday to Friday:
5:15am, 6:15am, 7:15am, 9:30am
4:15pm, 5:15pm, 6:15pm, 7:15pm
7am, 8am, 9am
How many sessions can I do per week?
We'd like to see you at least 3 times per week but you can jump into as many sessions as you'd like too!
