The majority of gyms and fitness centres operate on the 'Pile em high, sell em cheap' model where they sell as many memberships as they can without a care in the world of whether their members show up or get the help and support that they need. That model drives us crazy!
Here at HFPT we keep our sessions capped and only open limited spots to ensure that all of our clients get the help, support and guidance that they need to reach their goals.
Our group training program runs 8 sessions per day combining cutting strength and conditioning strategies to help you reach your goals in a fun, supportive, team environment.

We don't prescribe generic meal plans or fad diets at HFPT. Instead we work with you 1-on-1 to assess what your body needs and provide you with the tools, education and support to fuel your body and reach your goals.
Need to reduce staff absenteeism? Our workplace lunch time workouts will give them the boost in fitness and focus they need to power on throughout the working week.
SPORTS TEAM SESSIONS

SMALL GROUP TRAINING TIME TABLE
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Our sessions are 55-minutes long and alternating between structured strength
training workouts and high intensity cardio and conditioning sessions.
They are the perfect workout for those wanting to be fit, strong and make long-term
Wondering what these classes involve?
LIFT: Weights based session, incorporating elements of Powerlifting and
Bodybuilding style training to improve strength, increase muscle and build/refine
SHRED: High caloric burn workout integrating elements of Strongman, HIIT and
Boxing to help shred bodyfat and improve cardiovascular health and endurance.
STRONGMAN: A high intensity, modified approach to Strongman training.
'All our Small Group Training sessions are scalable to any and all fitness levels'.
Morning classes capped at 12 people, and afternoon classes capped at 6, meaning that you will still receive the individualized attention you need to get results.
We track your workouts so that you can watch yourself improve over time; we'll celebrate your milestones together along the way.

Looking for a 24/7 powerlifting and strongman friendly gym in Prestons? We've got you covered!
Boasting 3 power racks, benches, barbells, cast iron plates, all the dumbbells you'll ever need and a strict no D#@khead policy, we've got an awesome family like gym.
We can also provide you with a customised training program for general strength and fitness right through to powerlifting or strongman competition prep.
Our coaches actively compete in the APU federation and we regularly take members to compete at in-house, novice and local comps.
