The majority of gyms and fitness centres operate on the 'Pile em high, sell em cheap' model where they sell as many memberships as they can without a care in the world of whether their members show up or get the help and support that they need. That model drives us crazy!
Here at HFPT we keep our sessions capped and only open limited spots to ensure that all of our clients get the help, support and guidance that they need to reach their goals.
Our group training program runs 8 sessions per day combining cutting strength and conditioning strategies to help you reach your goals in a fun, supportive, team environment.

We don't prescribe generic meal plans or fad diets at HFPT. Instead we work with you 1-on-1 to assess what your body needs and provide you with the tools, education and support to fuel your body and reach your goals.
Need to reduce staff absenteeism? Our workplace lunch time workouts will give them the boost in fitness and focus they need to power on throughout the working week.
SPORTS TEAM SESSIONS
