School Holiday Power Sessions - Registrations Now Open!
Speed + Strength = Power! To be explosive and powerful on the field you need to be both fast and strong. Our school holiday training sessions will help you become exactly that by teaching you the right warm ups and training techniques to help improve your speed, power, agility, coordination and confidence.

This program is for athletes aged 11 to 17 years old and places are strictly limited to just 10 athletes per session to ensure each athlete gets the coaching they need without getting lost in a big group.

Week 1: Tues 6th April & Thurs 8th April
Week 2: Tues 13th April & Thurs 15th April
Juniors - 11-14yrs @ 11am-12pm
Seniors - 15-17yrs @ 12:30pm-1:30pm
$25 per session or $80 for all 4 sessions
We will also be focusing on exercises designed to help improve joint stability, balance, coordination and minimise soft tissue injuries.
These sessions will be 1 hour of training covering plyometrics, strength training, speed and power development exercises with a big emphasis on proper technique so that they can be incorporated in ongoing training for the 2021 season.
Who Is This Program For?
Athletes from all sports can benefit heavily from improving their speed, agility, jump height, acceleration, coordination and injury prevention techniques.
What to Wear & Bring:
All participants will need a water bottle and a sweat towel.
