"Before working with Ben I had no motivation to get in shape and I was not in the right head space to commit to doing anything that may have been a challenge.
I had tried many things to try and lose weight, probably every diet you can think of.
Even having weight loss surgery to help which was not a permanent solution as I gained approx 30kg even after surgery.
Since working with Ben I've smashed my goal to get to 90kg from a starting weight of 115kg, I'm now currently sitting at 82-83kg.
The most helpful and best part was that Ben really helped me change my mindset and way of thinking to get me to commit to this huge journey I had in front of me.
What helped the most was him always being there to talk to and ask him any question I had, without him I’m not sure I would have seen it through.
As well as hitting my weight loss goal I have also seen the whole process required to lose weight properly: - Meal prep - Consistent training etc
I have also built up my strength a considerable amount from when I first started with Ben and I've gotten fitter as well.
It’s the hardest thing I have probably done and without Ben it is more than likely that I would not have seen it through.
He is a fantastic coach and makes it feel like a family in the gym. On your good days and bad you always feel like going.
In the year I have been going to Ben I have never come home from work and said I really don’t want to go to the gym today!
