How long have you been training at Holeshot?
3 years and 4 months.
Thinking back to when you first started, what were you most afraid of? How did you overcome that fear?
I was most afraid of Failure and turning up to my training sessions, But after following my program and knowing I had the support of my family, friends and the Holeshot family was the way I overcame the fear.
During your time training with us, what have you enjoyed the most?
The development of the training programs and the overall atmosphere of the gym ( there's no egos here).
Since starting your program at Holeshot what improvements/changes have you noticed in your health & fitness?
My diet has improved, I've dropped unnecessary weight (20kg) and gained muscle leading to an overall healthier, happier me and more confident me.
What's been your proudest moment so far?
Inspiring my closest friends to start a healthier lifestyle.
What would you say to someone who is looking to get started?
It might seem tough at the start but if you follow the program you will get the results you are after.
