Nicole has been one of our longest attending members and during her time with us she's made an epic transformation both mentally and physically.
Everything from her training to her nutrition has become a staple part of her new lifestyle and as a result she has accomplished what most set out to achieve and more!
Here's what she had to say about her with us so far;
"I had previously joined a gym and attended group fitness classes regularly for a few months but I didn’t change my eating habits and in the end lost motivation when I wasn’t seeing any results.
When I started at Holeshot I wasn’t happy with my weight and body and I wanted to lose weight.
While I could tell you about the number of kilos I’ve lost on the scales since training at Holeshot this wouldn’t be an accurate reflection of my results.
My entire lifestyle has changed since joining the Holeshot family. If I miss a single session there’s always someone asking “where were you?”. I’ve got increased confidence in strength training an if/when I need to (like while travelling for work) I have the confidence to go into a gym and complete my own strength workout.
I now religiously train 4 days a week.
I have seen dramatic improvements to my overall fitness and strength. I’m back playing waterpolo and more recently started playing touch football.
I’m now also committed to giving my dog Fletcher (he’s a Border Collie) the daily exercise he deserves.
Meal planning and portion control is my new norm. I’m making better food choices. Sticking to two “cheat” meals a week and reducing portion sizes.
Finally, I’ve dropped about 3 dress sizes which means an entirely new wardrobe! The old clothes are long gone, never to be seen again.
The best thing about it all is definitely the after photos! It’s a great reminder of how far I’ve come, and I feel a sense of achievement anytime I see them.
You can’t just click your fingers and achieve your goals. You have to be willing to put in the hard work and follow the plan. Only then will you reap the rewards. Also don’t be late, because burpees suck 😜" ~ Nicole M
